For US postage add $4.50 for the first item, and $1.00 for each additional item. Any wholesale customers must contact us for further information. All money orders must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Please do not send cash of any kind as we cannot be responsible for cash lost in the mail. Books are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive your books within two weeks, please contact us.
International residentswill find rates vary depending upon where they live. As a rule of thumb we try to calculate the lowest possible price to get you your products.
